Wedding:Julie & Will
Wedding season has subsided and I’m getting a chance to blog some of the amazing days I covered this past spring and summer. The following one was one of my favorites, Julie and Will out in Quechee, VT. I got to meet and shoot for these two last spring. We met up at a beautiful park in Montipelier, VT. Check out that session here. As we shot that day I knew their wedding would be wonderful; just by watching their chemistry, their warm natures and their ability to forget the camera and be themselves. The engagement session and these wedding images reflect that clearly to my eyes. As a photographer, these are the types of clients you LOVE to shoot for! There were married at Rollins Chapel at Dartmouth College, with reception at the Quechee Inn. Both venues were picture-perfect and the Quechee Inn was especially memorable; such a beautiful property with an incredible staff! As if that wasn’t enough to make a great wedding, their planning and preparation was so thoughtful and unique, every detail beautiful, from flowers to favors. To top it off Julie and Will’s family and friends wowed me with their personable natures and warm smiles. Hope you enjoy a few pics from this day….
The light coming in upstairs at the inn was really gorgeous. Hard to take a bad picture here, especially with the stunning subjects in front of my camera.
Despite the heat of an August New England day, the guests and VIPs enjoyed a beautiful ceremony at Rollins Chapel at Dartmouth.
I can say that each bride and groom I capture coming down the aisle after they’re married look as if there’s never been anything so wonderful happen to them in all their days. LOVE these shots!
We had some great light peek through the trees before all the guests headed into the tent for dinner. I snagged Julie and Will for a few portraits before the big party got started.
